Cancellation Policy – B&B Pastorie Jelsum

1. General

These cancellation terms apply to all reservations made at B&B Pastorie Jelsum, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For reservations made via external platforms (such as Booking.com or MyTourist), the cancellation terms of the respective platform apply.

2. Short Stay (up to 28 nights)

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival

• Cancellation within 7 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation cost is due

• No-show (non-appearance): 100% chargeable

3. Long Stay (28 nights or more)

Due to the longer booking period, adjusted terms apply:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival

• Cancellation within 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation value is due

After the start of the stay:

• Interrupting the stay does not entitle to a refund

• The full reserved period remains chargeable

4. Changing a Reservation

• Moving a reservation is possible upon agreement and subject to availability

• B&B Pastorie Jelsum is not obligated to agree to this

• Any price differences will be charged

5. Force Majeure

If a stay cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., government measures), a suitable solution will be sought in consultation, such as moving the reservation.

6. Cancellation by B&B Pastorie Jelsum

In exceptional cases, B&B Pastorie Jelsum may cancel a reservation.

In that case:

• The full paid amount will be refunded

• The guest is not entitled to additional compensation

7. Recommendation

We advise guests to take out travel and/or cancellation insurance.
